A Full Colour Analysis Consultation offers an opportunity to discover the colours that work harmoniously with your natural colouring while also reflecting on how you want to express yourself.

This is a thoughtful, personalised experience that combines professional colour analysis with a deeper exploration of confidence, identity and self-expression.

What is a Full Colour Analysis Consultation?

A Full Colour Analysis Consultation is designed to help you identify the colours that naturally complement you and your skin tone, hair colour and eyes.

Using professional colour drapes and analysis, we explore how different colours interact with your natural colouring to determine your most harmonious colour palette.

Together, we identify:

• Whether your colouring is warm or cool, light or deep, and clear or soft

• Your personalised tonal colour palette, with the 42 colour swatches and palette to take away with you

• The colours that enhance your natural features

• Colours that bring clarity, vibrancy and balance

• The shades that work best for clothing, accessories, and makeup and hijab (if applicable)

• How to combine colours confidently

• How to build a comprehensive, styled and personalised wardrobe to suit you, your personality and lifestyle

By the end of the session, you will have your personalised 42-colour wallet, and a clear understanding of the colours that help you look and feel your best, and how to wear your colours for self-expression and reflection of you and your identity.

While understanding your best colours is an important part of the process, the Colour & Identity Service also creates space to consider your relationship with self-expression.

Your personalised tonal colour palette of 42 colour swatches, to use when shopping for clothing, hijabs, accessories and/or makeup.

 - Guidance and Practical Advice on:

• Clothing colours and how to wear colours

• Hijab colours and outfit combinations (if applicable)

• Accessories

• Makeup shades (if applicable)

• Colour combinations

• Building a personalised, bespoke and tailored wardrobe that works for you and reflects you, your style and personality

Who Is This For?

Suitable for men, women and young adults (aged 12+).

A bespoke package can be created for couples or small groups to attend together (up to 4 people).

Important Information

The Colour & Identity service, and its full range of Colour Analysis packages, are an additional service to my therapy and supervision services.

Although sessions can be reflective and thought-provoking, they are not therapy and are not intended to address psychological difficulties or mental health concerns.

The focus is on helping people explore & support their confidence, identity, self-expression, personal style and wellbeing through colour.
