Anti-oppressive practice isn’t something we do — it’s something we are.

It’s not a checklist or a set of techniques, but a way of being in relationship — reflective, relational, and rooted in awareness of power, identity and humanity.

My Working Within Diversity framework centres on this process of being:

✨ Attuning to ourselves and others

✨ Recognising power and privilege in our relationships

✨ Creating spaces where people might feel safe

✨ Moving beyond inclusion, towards equity and liberation

To practice anti-oppressively is to stay curious, compassionate and accountable — with ourselves and with those we work with.
