Playing Small Vs Glowing Bright

People pleasing or pleasing self?
You can choose to stay small, so that you keep others comfortable with their level of success and they in return are comfortable with you staying exactly where you are!
Or you can choose to glow big and shine bright, so that you are focused upon your own growth and successes, instead of people pleasing!
By staying small, not taking risks, yes you won't ever make a mistake or make a fool of yourself ... but you will also not create a happy and fulfilled life for yourself!
Your inner saboteur (which can be disguised as people pleasing or worrying about what other's may think of you) keeps you putting off pursuing your dreams, keeping you rooted to the same place in your development, progress or career, and you end up on a plateau in your life, leaving you feeling flat, demotivated and bored!
So take those risks! Dare yourself to take that next step! Your happiness is more than other people's opinion of you and how they think you should be living your life (because what they think is a reflection of their limits not yours!)
